We ship using South African Post Office. All parcels are securely
packaged and insured.
We ship three times a week..
Parcels usually go out immediately after payment, but not later than 2 to 3 days of cleared payment, excluding weekends
and holidays.
We charge actual shipping with a 2% of
value insurance fee will automatically be added to your shipping amount.
Parcels can be tracked at all times.
No orders will go out unless FULLY insured.
You can log in at anytime and check your order status.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARCELS ONCE THEY SHIP. Its out of our hands, however ALL parcels are fully insured, and in the event of a claim, we will help you with this, but we cannot be liable for lost or damaged parcels.

Refund and Return Policy
We are
willing to exchange items you
have ordered incorrectly or in
error, a handling fee of 15% of
the value of the goods being
returned applies to all returns.
The buyer is responsible for all
postage costs including returns.
You must
inform us with-in 3 days of
receipt of your order if you
wish to return an item.
All returns must be prior
approved, please e-mail
us for a returns number. All
goods must be returned in
original packaging and original
condition.
No painted, rooted or
baked parts will be accepted for
return.
We check all goods for factory
flaws before they are
dispatched. In the unlikely
event any part of your order is
received in a damaged
condition contact us immediately
on receipt of your order, you
must inform us within 3 working
days. If you have
already started the reborning
process on the parts they
will not be replaced for flaws.
Please check the parts before
painting.
NB: We will be able to see if
the part has been painted and
the paint removed.
